Leon Dormido – also known as Kicker Rock (intermediate) tropical fish, Galapagos shark, batfish, occasional scalloped hammerhead shark, eagle and golden rays, moray eels, green sea turtles, stingrays, barracuda, triggerfish, boxfish, frogfish, and plenty more!
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL DAY SANTA CRUZ, VISIT TORTUGA BAY, EXPLORE PUERTO AYORA
Fly to Santa Cruz, specifically Baltra. Your guide awaits to kick off your adventure with a journey to the town on another island.
Explore Tortuga Bay, a stunning beach accessible solely by foot. Encounter lava lizards and birds along the way.
Return to town at your leisure, and join your guide for dinner at Calle de los Kioskos (Kiosks Street).

DAY 2 – OPTIONAL CHARLES DARWIN RESEARCH STATION, VISIT TORTOISES IN THE HIGHLANDS, PUBLIC BOAT TO ISABELA
Optional morning visit to Charles Darwin Research Station.
Embark on a morning trip to a private giant tortoise reserve in the highlands.
After lunch, board the boat to Isabela Island, the largest in the Archipelago. Explore Puerto Villamil upon arrival, and enjoy the stunning sunset.
Surfing: Inform your guide in advance if interested in surfing or boogie boarding at Tortuga Bay.

DAY 3 – HIKE SIERRA NEGRA VOLCANO, BAY KAYAK IN AFTERNOON
Get ready for a volcano hike! Sierra Negra, one of Galapagos’ most active volcanoes, awaits. At the rim, marvel at the 9km-wide caldera view.
After lunch, gear up for kayaking in Puerto Villamil’s bay. We’ll return for a sunset swim before your evening meal. Need a dining spot? Your guide has you covered!

DAY 4 – TINTORERAS HIKE & SNORKEL, FLY TO SAN CRISTOBAL, BIKE FROM HIGHLANDS TO LA LOBERIA
After breakfast, explore Tintoreras’ lava fields. Later, catch a flight to San Cristobal for lunch. Then, enjoy a downhill biking adventure to La Loberia. Your guide will recommend dining spots on the way back.

DAY 5 – SNORKEL AT KICKER ROCK, OPTIONAL SUP
Today, embark on a coastal cruise to discover Galapagos’ underwater wonders. Snorkel among damselfish and sea lions, then explore Kicker Rock’s towering remains. Relax on a secluded beach post-lunch before returning to town for free time. Enjoy an open-air farewell dinner tonight. Diving may be available upon request.

DAY 6 – DEPARTURE DAY - OPTIONAL VISIT TO INTERPRETATION CENTRE AND TIJERETAS, FLY TO QUITO
On your final day of the Galapagos Land tour, enjoy a morning of leisure. Explore souvenir shops, relax at the beach, or visit the Interpretation Center to delve into the archipelago’s history. Opt for a short hike to Tijeretas for panoramic views. In the afternoon, fly back to the mainland. Extend your adventure in Ecuador with optional day tours or excursions. Safe travels!
